About your lessons
You will develop a safe and confident approach to driving in a variety of situations. If you have previous experience we will start where you left off. At the end of the course you will be fully prepared for the DVSA Practical Test, which is normally taken in the driving school car.

1
Lesson Quantity
42% LESS TEACHING HOURS REQUIRED
On average most clients require 15/16 lessons (22.5/24 hours) prior to taking their first test. According to the DVSA, the national average is 47 hours so approximately a 50% reduction in ADI training time! Refresher lessons are offered on a 1.5 hour basis

2
Driving School Car
DUAL-CONTROLLED CAR
Your training, initially will be carried out in a professionally fitted, dual controlled car - normally a Skoda Yeti - but towards the end of your training, you could be trained in your own vehicle.

3
Lesson Duration
1.5 HOUR LESSONS
Most people learning to drive are new drivers. Generally, a normal lesson duration is 1.5 hours although later in the learning programme, some lessons can last 3 hours (with a short break after 1.5 hours to ‘reset’) - any time longer than 3 hours is counter productive.

Lesson Fees
COMPETITIVE PRICING
A standard 1.5-hour lesson costs £60 per hour. On average, a full course of lessons will cost around £960, significantly lower than the national average of over £1280 (based on a lesson fee of £28 per hour). This represents a 25% savings compared to the national average!

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book my practical test?
Due to the massive backlog which we have seen since covid, we recommend booking your practical as soon as you have passed your theory test. We will work to this deadline but if there are unforeseen circumstances which mean you won't be ready, we have a number of slots we will be able to move it to.
